ORDER PROCESSING
Your order will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. If for any reason any part of your order is not available we will put any outstanding items on back order. In this case we will contact you using the details supplied at the time of order, and provide you with an estimated delivery date for these items. Should you not wish to wait for items to return to stock we will arrange for a refund of those items.
DESPATCH
Your order will be despatched on the next working day after it has been processed, unless stated otherwise. We will send an email to the address provided at the time of order to confirm when your order has been despatched.
Please note we can only despatch to UK addresses.
DELIVERY TIMES
We send most orders via first class recorded delivery. This requires a signature on delivery. You can specify a different address for delivery other than your home address when ordering.
Some items may be sent as standard parcels using Royal Mail. Please allow 2-4 days for delivery from the despatch date.
For very large items we may use the services of a courier company. We will notify you at the time of despatch with an estimated delivery date.
DELIVERY CHARGES (within the UK)
The following delivery charges will be applied to cover postage and packing:
0 – £15 = £2.95
£15 – £75 = £4.95
Over £75 = free
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside the UK)
If you are ordering from overseas please email help@love-eco.co.uk for a postage quote before ordering. Please include details of what you would like to order and what address you would like it mailed to and we will get back to you with a quote.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason then please contact us at help@love-eco.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for their return and refund. You will be reponsible for the cost of return postage unless we agree with you otherwise.
Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and with packaging intact where applicable. Please note we are unable to refund goods which have been used.
