ORDER PROCESSING
Your order will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. In the main, however, it will be processed much quicker and usually same day. If for any reason any part of your order is not available, we will notify you via the email you provided at the time of ordering and provide an estimated delivery date for those items. Items in stock will be reserved and your entire order despatched once outstanding items have arrived back in stock. Should you not wish to wait for items to return to stock we are happy to arrange for a refund of those items and deliver in stock items as normal.
DESPATCH
Your order will be despatched on the next working day after it has been processed, unless stated otherwise. We will send an email to the address provided at the time of order to confirm when your order has been despatched.
DELIVERY (UK)
We have two different delivery options (UK only):
- Standard UK Delivery Standard delivery within the UK costs £3.95 irrespective of the weight of the parcel. Orders are sent out by Royal Mail (usually via first class recorded delivery depending on the item) and should ordinarily arrive within two to four days. Recorded delivery requires a signature on delivery. You can specify a different address for delivery other than your home address when ordering. Our Standard UK Delivery service is available free of charge if you spend over £75.
- Express UK Delivery Express delivery within the UK costs £7.50 irrespective of the weight of the parcel. The express delivery service is for mainland UK addresses only, with orders received before 10am guaranteed to arrive on the next working day.
DELIVERY (INTERNATIONAL)
If you are ordering from overseas (outside of the UK) please email help@love-eco.co.uk for a postage quote before ordering. Please include details of what you would like to order and what address you would like it mailed to and we will get back to you with a quote.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason then please contact us at help@love-eco.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for their return and refund. Please note, we do not refund postage and you will be responsible for the cost of return postage unless we agree with you otherwise. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, in their original unused condition and with packaging intact where applicable. Please note we are unable to refund goods which have been used.
