Processes used to make PlayMais are fueled by using a Renewable Energy Source: bio-gas, which in turn, is used to make electricity. What’s more,growing maize helps farmers to diversify and use their land for other things as well as food production. Growing maize helps the environment – 1 hectare of maize can supply electricity to 5 homes for 1 year without damaging the environment. There is no waste in production – what comes out, goes back in.
